How much does counselling cost?
I charge £45 per hour - some consessions are available for those on a low income.

How long can I expect to be in counselling?
I work with people for long term and short term counselling it really depends on your circumstances. We will start with an intial session in which we can both get a sense of whether we would like to work together. We can then have a trial period of 4 to 6 sessions and then review whether we would like to continue, if we decide to continue this can be for another 6 to 8 sessions or it can be open ended.

How much notice of cancellation is required?
I require 24 hours notice of cancellation or the full amount is payable.

Do I have to come at the same day and time every week?
No - we can arrange appointments on a week by week basis.

Are you near public transport?
I am easily accessible from Southgate - Piccadilly line - Station
By car I am easily reached by the North Circular - A406 and Green Lanes.
Sessions are available at Healix Wellbeing Centre in Southgate.
